Intelligent Conference System Host D6201

  • The conference system host supports connection of up to 128 conference units. With expansion hosts, a single system can support up to 4096 conference units (external power supply required for units).

  • 8-core aviation connectors with daisy-chain connection for easy and reliable installation.

  • Configurable limit for the number of active microphones (1/2/3/4/5/6).

  • Supports voting, microphone control, and other data management functions.

  • 4.3-inch LCD touch screen:

  • Graphical user interface displaying all functions, settings, and unit status clearly.

  • Touch operation for user-friendly human-machine interaction.

  • Adjustable screen timeout for energy-saving operation.

  • Supports both Chinese and English display languages.

  • Up to 30 VIP units can be configured. VIP units can activate microphones freely within the allowed speaking limit, without being restricted by the conference mode.

  • Supports five conference modes: FIFO (First In First Out), NORMAL, VOICE (voice-activated), FREE, and APPLY.

  • Built-in DSP digital audio processor with high-pass filter and equalizer functions.

  • Supports full-process conference recording with both automatic and manual recording modes.

  • Unit detection function with both automatic and manual detection modes.

  • Supports speech timing and countdown reminder for speaking time limit. The speaking time can be configured or disabled (no time limit).

  • Supports scheduled automatic restart.

  • Integrated camera tracking system with 6 × BNC camera interfaces and 6 × HDMI camera interfaces, enabling automatic camera tracking.

  • Equipped with 1 × RS232 port for seamless integration with central control systems, and 1 × RS422 port for centralized camera control.

  • 8-core DIN aviation sockets for connection to expansion hosts and conference units.

  • RCA interfaces: 2 × auxiliary audio inputs (for media players, etc.); 2 × auxiliary audio outputs (for power amplifiers); 2 × alarm audio inputs (for emergency signals from fire control systems).

  • XLR balanced audio output, paralleled with RCA LINE OUT, for connection to professional amplifiers.

  • +5V alarm trigger input, working with alarm audio input for emergency override.

  • RJ45 Ethernet port supporting TCP/IP protocol for full system control via PC software.

  • Full metal enclosure with enhanced grounding design, providing contact discharge 10 kV and air discharge 15 kV.

The intelligent digital conference system is based on an ARM9 embedded platform, utilizing high-performance DSP digital audio processing technology and high-fidelity circuit design. It effectively integrates advanced control technology with audio processing technology to provide a comprehensive solution featuring digital control, high-quality audio transmission, and visualized operation. The system supports full-process conference recording and can be connected to a PC for remote conference control. It also supports wireless control via Android tablets.

The intelligent digital conference system includes functions such as discussion, speech, voting, conference sign-in, and automatic camera tracking. The system consists of an intelligent digital conference host, expansion hosts, chairman units, delegate units, and voting units. The application software includes PC remote control software, Android tablet control software, and other application software. Conference units in the system are connected via hand-in-hand daisy-chain wiring using 8-core cables and “+”-type connectors, offering easy installation, convenient setup, high reliability, and strong resistance to interference.
